Bring on Christmas 2024. Don’t worry if you’re not quite ready to dive into your planning just yet, we’ve pulled together a few of the festive campaigns we’ve worked on for Christmases gone before.

Nespresso UK – Journey to the Chalet

Email and Landing Page

Nespresso UK wanted to create an immersive, multi-channel experience to cut through the usual clutter of festive messaging filling inboxes. What better than to take them on a winterful journey to discover a festive treat?

Nodding to the elevated at-home luxury that is Nespresso, we created a cosy and chic Chalet. In the email, customers were greeted with a ski-lift set against a beautiful snowy landscape, and invited to ‘take a ride’. With just one click they were on their way to the Nespresso Chalet, located on our bespoke-built landing page. 

When the customer arrived, mysteriously the lights were off. But a single click-to-reveal mechanic illuminated the chalet’s stunning interior and their unique gift.

We worked closely with the client’s tech team to make sure everyone's experience was as seamless as possible, shining a light on their gift from Nespresso.

Dolce Gusto – Christmas GIF

Digital Asset

Dolce Gusto wanted to strengthen their relationship with their customers by sending season’s greetings on Christmas Day.

The ideal Christmas GIF was delivered. Of course, coffee needed to be the focus, but we wanted the digital asset to take inspiration from the more sentimental snail mail, a favourite of the festive period.

Our traditional postcard design wished subscribers ‘Happy Holidays’ from the Dolce Gusto Team, with animated snow falling and coffee swirling to make the greeting more engaging. 

Being universally supported across email clients, meant this Christmas GIF’s magical message was a winner in every mailbox.

Global Media and Entertainment – App Advent

Email Programme and In-App Messages

We partnered with Global to celebrate the 12 Days of Christmas. They wanted to drive daily engagement to their app-based advent calendar with an email programme.

In the app, there was a chance to win a new prize each day and they were only available for 24 hours, so each email aimed to encourage subscribers to return to discover their gift.

To create a multi-channel approach, we mirrored the advent calendar in the email but heroed a snow globe to keep the theme of mystery and highlight the day’s prize. Plus, the programme offered a mix of content, from videos and playlists to prizes and competitions, keeping subscribers engaged throughout the festive period.
