The welcome email is your customers first interaction with your brand, so it’s key to make that first impression count.
This email is a great example of how to talk to customers in a friendly and welcoming way.
Sometimes you don’t need to spend the time creating a bells and whistles design, the right copy can go a long way.

A simple yet beautiful email design here, using a striking hero image to guide the reader down to the content nicely from the start.
Then upon scrolling they’ve included a great explanational GIF to support the content, with clear and directional CTA’s throughout the full email.

When sending promotional emails it’s important to ensure the offer is obvious and the steps to redemption are clear.
This email is a great example of how to make the journey easy for the customer, with the promotion and code being the first thing you see upon open.
Finishing the email with a positive customer review is also a lovely touch! 4.

Interactivity.
This is a perfect example of how to use interactive design to bring an email to life.
Paired with some simple animation, Disney have included email hotspots as a way of hiding extra content for the reader.
This is a great way of how to include product information without the email feeling cluttered or too lengthy.

Fancy an early Christmas pressie? 🎅 Chosen for:
Humour.
A different approach to Black Friday here! With a lighthearted fun animation, consisting of a cat and cake… what’s not to love?! Design.
The clear separation between modules is a nice touch, giving each piece of content room to breath.
Partnered with the on-brand colours and detailed illustrations giving the email a lovely personal touch.
