We have an eclectic mix for you this month that features some of our most-loved topics. Food! The Olympics! The weather! Sounds good, right? Here’s your August rundown…

1. Tattly

SL: Designs for Eaters 🍕

Chosen for: Design

Let’s start with something utterly joyful. After all, who doesn’t like mini dancing treats? Tattly has kept it simple but fun with well-themed content, a super cute design and an interesting selection of topical links at the bottom. It’s great how they’ve showcased the artists’ names and we’re also in love with the sign-off.

2. Caudalie

SL: Plunge into a bath of hydration

Chosen for: Design

This vibrant design really stood out. They’ve illustrated their skincare benefits and guidelines on suitability for skin type in a clear, engaging way that helps the reader choose the product they need with minimal effort. The handy tool for adding the Caudalie loyalty card to your mobile wallet is also a nice touch.

3. Grind

SL: The ultimate heatwave hack.

Chosen for: Copy and Design

In line with our discussing-the-weather obsession in the UK, at ActionRocket we love a weather-reactive email. So this single-focus response to the heatwave in the UK is a winner. As always Grind’s witty copy showcases their brand personality, as does the gif and colour palette - even down to the nail varnish. Ice cool.

4. BBC

SL: Live: Paris 2024 Day 4

Chosen for: Content

This is one of many ActionRocket-made emails that we’re very proud of! The daily BBC round-up email of the Olympics includes live watch and listen links, as well as live updates. These are supported by news and interviews to offer additional engaging content and the latest news. An example of a dynamic email that reflects the brand and its ever-changing content brilliantly, if we do say so ourselves.

5. Boden

SL: Glad to have you here

Chosen for: Copy

The key to a good welcome email is to remind the customer of the reasons they signed up without losing their interest. Boden has done just that with concise, clear messaging around their brand values. The assurance that they'll stick to their promises slots in naturally within the storytelling, as does their welcome offer. We’ll be sticking around on their mailing list for sure.

Our expertise in CRM and email marketing delivers the whole package: slick strategy, creative copy, dynamic design and clever code. Achieve results like the above gorgeous emails by dropping us a message today.
