We designed an onboarding journey that sparked wonder and inspired customers to explore Belmond's offerings. Each email incorporated individual modules that were built into a reusable Email Design System.
This system set the standards for all future email creatives for Belmond, providing reusable HTML components along with guidelines on their usage. This empowered different teams to effortlessly create high-quality, on-brand emails.
The Email Design System served as a template for the welcome program, with the flexibility to add more modules as needed for future email programs. This provided a solid foundation for Belmond to send better emails consistently.
Results
The Email Design System enabled Belmond to quickly and easily launch their new email program, ensuring a consistent look and feel across all emails, including headers, footers, and branding.
